Plain explainers for multi-location marketers

Short reads on how AI reads a brand that lives at more than one address, and what AIOStory can and cannot tell you. Everything here is honest about its limits, and nothing claims a result we do not measure.

Why AI describes your brand differently at each location

Each location page carries its own copy, structure, and signals, so AI can read a different brand at every address. One site may state your services clearly while another leaves them implied. AIOStory reads each location you enter and shows where the brand AI sees stays consistent and where it drifts.

What it means when AI cannot read a location

A location can be live for your customers yet invisible to AI. A bot challenge or an unreachable page means an AI system gets nothing back when it tries to read that site. AIOStory flags every sampled location it cannot read, because a location AI cannot see contributes nothing to the story AI tells.

On-page proof versus reviews that live on Google

Reviews on a third party profile help your customers, but AI reads what is on your site. Proof counts toward your story only when it is exposed on the page in machine-readable form, such as AggregateRating schema or clearly linked review profiles. Stars that live only on Google are not something an AI system reads from your location page.

Why one weak pillar across many locations is a brand-level gap

Each location is scored on six pillars: Clarity, Identity, Substance, Reach, Trust, and Locality. When the same pillar is weak at most of your sampled locations, that is not a single site problem, it is a pattern. AIOStory surfaces a pillar that is weak brand wide as a missing chapter in your story.

Directional reads versus a full audit

The free read is directional. It samples up to eight of your locations and always discloses how many of your total it covered, shown as N of M. A full audit from Digilu evaluates every location and microsite individually, so the directional read points to the gaps and the full audit measures them all.

Franchise vs multi-location brand: the tool handles both

A franchise system is many owners under one brand. A multi-location brand is one company at many addresses. The reading is the same either way: AIOStory does not hard code any single industry or structure, so it reads any brand that lives at more than one URL.
